Is ValueEZ reliable?

ValueEZ is designed by chartered valuation professional. Hence, the discounted cash flow model is technically sound. However, inputs into the valuation model is dependent on the user, i.e. the user decides how fast the revenue, profit and free cash flow will grow or decline in the future. While ValueEZ will suggest a discount rate ot use, the user can use his discretion to select a discount rate that he deems appropriate. Therefore, while the discounted cash flow model used by ValueEZ is sound, its output depends on the inputs which are given by the user. Perhaps that’s the key difference between using ValueEZ and hiring a valuer as the valuer could use his opinion to adjust the inputs into the valuation mode. However, ValueEZ tries to work around this by providing suggestions that you should consider. What happens after my membership after 1 year?

Your membership will automatically renew at the prevailing membership rate after one year. After your membership is renewed, you can perform up to 5 new valuation analysis. If your membership is not renewed, you will not be able to access ValueEZ or MavInsight and other tools that may be available as part of your subscription because your membership will be changed to a free plan. All previously saved data could be deleted. Hence, please export a copy of your valuation analysis using the “Export to PDF” feature. If you want to keep your saved history, we suggest you renew your membership or change to other membership plans that allow you continued access. If you have any questions about renewal or you wish to stop membership from being renewed, you can contact us at support@mavenpolis.com.

What happens if I wish to change plan after I subscribed?

You can contact support at support@mavenpolis.com if you wish to change your plan. For plan upgrades, you typically need to pay the price difference.

Can I seek video consultation if I am not on Pro Assist plan?

Yes, you can seek video consultation if you subscribed to a ValueEZ memberhsip plan. Each Pro subscription entitles you to 15-minute video support call. However, additional video support calls are priced at USD50 in each 15 minute block if it does not relate a software bug. This fee needs to be paid upon confirming the video consultation appointment. You can contact support@mavenpolis.com if you require video consultation. Email support remains free for all tiers of membership.

Can I cancel my membership and seek refund?

We are confident in the value that ValueEZ and MavInsights tools offer to our users. Hence, we provide a 7-day refund for new members. This guarantee ensures that you can make your purchase with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that terms and conditions for refund apply.
