  1. Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase or auto-renewal of your subscription.
  2. Full Refund Eligibility: Subscribers are eligible for a full refund if no forms have been submitted using either the ValueEZ Core and its variants, or MavInsights, or other web tools during the eligible refund period.
  3. Partial Refund Eligibility: A 50% refund is available to subscribers who have submitted only one form using either the ValueEZ Core or its variants, or MavInsights, or other web tools within the 7-day period.
  4. No Refund Eligibility: No refund will be issued to subscribers who have submitted more than one form using either the ValueEZ Core (or its variants) or MavInsights tools.
