  1. Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase or auto-renewal of your subscription.
  2. Full Refund Eligibility: Subscribers are eligible for a full refund if no forms have been submitted using either the ValueEZ or MavInsights web tools during the eligible refund period.
  3. Partial Refund Eligibility: A 50% refund is available to subscribers who have submitted only one form using either the ValueEZ or MavInsights tools within the 7-day period.
  4. No Refund Eligibility: No refunds will be issued to subscribers who have submitted more than one form using either the ValueEZ or MavInsights tools.
